  It includes a written information security program, a student data privacy statement, a data retention and deletion policy, and an incident response plan with a 72-hour school notice. We sign the standard Student Data Privacy Consortium data privacy agreement used by districts across Virginia and the nation.

  Our rules don’t bend. No student data is touched until your data privacy agreement is signed. No student or school data is ever used to train an outside AI model. Approved tools use your single sign-on, with data sharing for model training turned off.
