About us
What does Viper Consulting™ do?
We fill the AI implementation gap. We find where AI saves staff time, build it into the workflows and systems you already use, test it for accuracy, govern it and train your people. Our services include AI readiness assessments, AI agents and workflow automation, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) knowledge bases, document processing, AI-powered CRM and constituent engagement, AI governance, model testing and staff training.
Who do you work with?
Businesses, prime contractors (as a specialized subcontractor or teaming partner) and government agencies at the federal, state and local levels.
Where are you located?
We are based in the DMV (Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia) and serve clients nationwide, online and in person.
What kind of business are you?
Viper Consulting™ is the trade name of Epstein Investment Group LLC, a minority-owned small business.
Contracting
Are you registered in SAM.gov (the System for Award Management)?
We are registering on SAM.gov. Our Unique Entity ID (UEI) and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code are pending, and we will update this page as soon as they are issued.
What are your North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes?
Our primary NAICS code is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services. The full list, in order of priority, is on our home page and in our capability statement.
How can we buy from you?
Through direct awards, including micro-purchases and simplified acquisitions, and as a subcontractor or teaming partner to a prime contractor. We do not hold a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule or other contract vehicle at this time.
How do you price your work?
Every engagement is quoted per solicitation. Firm-fixed-price options and GSA-style labor categories are available on request.
Can you team with us on a bid?
Yes. We support prime contractors on AI implementation, AI evaluation and testing, AI governance and AI-powered CRM work. Send us the solicitation and we will reply within one business day.
Can we see your work before we buy?
Yes. We can show live demos of our AI agents, Voice AI and CRM systems. Contact us at sales@viperconsulting.ai to schedule one.
Security and compliance
Are your AI services FedRAMP-authorized (Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program)?
Agency workloads run on cloud and AI model services that are FedRAMP-authorized at the impact level your agency requires, and we confirm each service's status on the FedRAMP Marketplace before we use it. Our own AI-powered CRM is designed for non-sensitive public engagement, and we do not represent it as FedRAMP-authorized.
How do you protect agency data?
Data stays in U.S. data centers inside the authorization boundary your agency approves. We use FIPS-validated (Federal Information Processing Standards) encryption in transit and at rest, sign-in through your identity provider with multi-factor authentication, least-privilege access and audit logs.
Will our data be used to train AI models?
No. We configure AI services so your prompts, documents and records are not used to train public or third-party AI models. Your agency owns its data and can export it at any time.
Can you support our Authority to Operate (ATO)?
Yes. We prepare the documentation your security team needs: system description, architecture and data-flow diagrams, inventories of components and AI models, and control descriptions mapped to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) SP 800-53.
Do you handle health information?
Our team is HIPAA-trained, and health information is handled only in environments your agency approves for it.
Is your work accessible?
Resident-facing pages, chat and portals are built with Section 508 accessibility in mind, and our AI agents work in 15 languages to support your language access plan.
Responsible AI
How do you govern AI?
Every AI system is mapped, measured and managed under the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, with a named owner, a documented purpose and a risk rating before it goes live, and it is tested for accuracy and bias before and after launch.
Does AI make decisions about people?
No. AI supports your staff; it does not make final decisions on benefits, eligibility, enforcement, hiring or other outcomes that affect people's rights. A qualified person reviews, and can override, every such recommendation.
Will AI replace our staff?
Our goal is to take repetitive work off your staff's plate so they can spend more time on the work that needs people. We train your team to use AI safely and check its work.
Do residents know when they talk to AI?
Yes. People are told when they are dealing with AI, and they can always reach a member of your staff. Outbound calls and texts go only to residents who opted in.
